**** poor performance

1 start is what I had to work with. ********* is what they are, my FNB acc was handed over to them and yet they are ****** terrible at what they do. My account in their hands will lend me in deeper **** due to their incompetence. FNB should really check whom they are dealing with. Or FNB should take back the acc and I'll pray it off.
