Pathetic and unknowledgeable law firm! 🤣🤣

I have never dealt with such an *********** company, plus they SUPPOSED to be a law firm! Very inexperienced staff who have NO clue what they doing!!!! They harass me EVERY SINGLE DAY WITH A CALL & SMS!! Adding etc costs to the account we owe. We were paying a law firm called Groenwald for our account, and now all of sudden it's these pathetic people!!! We weren't even advised!!! So when I asked where our money to Groenwald went, they said they didn't know!!!! How could they not know if the account was handed over to them?? We settled Standard Bank and ABSA so easily, but FNB is **********!!! When these lawyers can't ask a question they say we must go into a bank 🤣🤣🤣🤣, and they supposed to be lawyers. This account has been going on for at least 18 years!!!!! What's the law in SA? After 5 it's written off! I'm no longer answering calls, or emails! They must do what the want! I don't even have a job?
