Please help me to get a proof of arrangement from Barrett and Associates

I understand that my account has been handed over to them for collection as I had lost my job and the car was repossessed. Now I got a job offer from PSG and as a FSP, they need a confirmation showing that at least I have made arrangements to pay my account I called them numerous times last week, i spoke to Steven and they told me that they can only send me proof of arrangement if I paid the monthly instalments three consecutive times. I was further denied speaking to a supervisor.

If there is such a policy, can you kindly confirm that in writing so i can send it to PSG and they will make a decision based on that.

PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY WITH PROOF OF ARRANGEMENT OR THAT POLICY CONFIRMING WHAT THEY TOLD ME SO THAT I CAN GET THIS JOB CONTRACT WITH PSG AND PAY MY ACCOUNTS.
