PAID UP LETTER NOT SENT TILL THIS YEAR

On the 4th of December 2017 I paid up my account with Barrets and Associated but till today they are still phoning me I have been asking for my paid up letter they still sending it till today. I am really angry about this because I do not owe them anything. my reference is MELL04355
