OVERPAID ACCOUNT, REFUNDS NOT BE PAID (OVER A MONTH NOW)

I have over paid the account and it been a month still i have received the amount that is due to me. no letter of settlement sent nothing. instead I get rude agents and no assistance at all. EVERYTIME I CALL. I AM TOLD TO WAIT FOR A WEEK
