Incompetence/No service/Unprofessional Conduct

FNB handed my account over to Barret years ago. I paid the outstanding amount of the debt to them. <br> Now more than a year later I am harassed & threatened to pay outstanding interest. Whenever I phone them I am not allowed to speak to a senior person or supervisor. The debit order, that they put on my bank account for the payment of this interest gets deducted off my account EVERY month. Miraculously they are all of a sudden not receiving payments any more, and I have sent countless emails with the proof of the deductions to them. But they are fast to still add interest onto the interest outstanding for non payment and refuse to rectify their records. Today I received 3 emails & an sms stating that Judgement will be issued due to non-payment even though no payment was missed. Twice now I sent emails requesting the contact number of the director or senior of this firm and both times I get an email reply with a settlement amount???? The lawyer and staff of this firm is unprofessional and the blatant incompetence is shocking!!!!<br> I will next be reporting them & her (Tersia Cloete) to the Lawyers Society!!! FNB should be ashamed to be associated with a firm like Barret!!!<br>
