Harassing telephone calls

This company is harassing me everyday, I have an arrangement with them regarding my credit card with FNB. I make the arranged payment amount every month before the 30th then I get calls that they do not receive payments but on my FNB card statement payment does show??? These people are rude and do not have any telephone manners and do not know what they are doing! I cant believe FNB are using Barrett and Associates.
