FNB sharing details with 3rd party

@FNB hired Barret Associates as its debt collectors. What is transpiring is that I am being harrased because they cannot reach their client. Phumla from this debt collection service was extremely rude saying if I refuse to help them find their client, they will continue to harass me. I can't wait to be the first in line when POPI act comes into effect. I am not part of the contractual agreement with these parties, why did they release my information to a 3rd party? FNB has been careless and insensitive. Your debt collectors are rude, inconsiderate and ***********! This Phumla girl......
