Dissatisfied customer and very arrogant consultant

<p>What Shame ! </p> <p> </p> <p>The operations of this company at a call centre is a shame together with there superiors.</p> <p>I had an account that was handed over to them from FNB legal after a non payment after being unemployed for two years. When I started paying for the account the were a lot of hicups however the money was recovered with the interest, in March I double paid the account intending to close it. The consultant from legal Barret Associates by the name of Ntatsi told me that the were legal fees pending of 1300 rand to pay. I agreed to pay 300rand in April and the rest of the money to be split into two months. Today I was informed that I owe the company R2274 of which i had no knowledge of, I asked of her to explain why am I owing this much she couldn't tell me why but she said the was an adjustment that resulted in the amount. She referred to to her supervisor(Boitumelo ) who was very sarcastic, annoying bully by insisting that I'm the wrong one in this case for I made the incorrect calculations. She told that it because my poor payment that made this interest on loan accumulate at this rate. She can't halp me with this because it is what I am owing. Then she said I must pay R1700 within 7days then she hangup the phone me the 2nd time. She followed me with this sms "Mr Yongama Goge. Your refusal to make payment in respect of your FNB C/Card account means that this account will be flagged for legal action. Barrett & Assc Legal (011) ********** ***" continuing with her bully tactics. She is a shame together with her *********** consultant. </p>
