Disgusting Firm

I am disgusted with the service of this firm i asked for a settlement letter which i received a figure over the phone to the amount of (R20971) which i might add i paid and settled in full .

Then after them letting me know it was received i requested a paid up letter i was then told i have a outstanding balalnce of R300 which i must pay for in order for a paid up letter . I will not pay it i refuse to do it there staff are extremely rude and unprofessional
