Day light ******s with *********** employees

My FNB account, was handed over to the above mentioned company, who billed incorrect. requested for a statement and same was sent to me. they list ridiculous charges on the statement regardless of whether you are paying or not your account will be going up other than decrease the debt.<br> <br> all the above consultants are useless and *********** dealing with a product they don't they even failed to break down the statement to me as I questioned every cost mentioned on it, to my surprise Yolande is is Team leader.<br> <br> The firm and FNB should be ashamed of this. it means we will never finish paying these accounts.
