I have a personal loan account with FNB due to COVID-19 I ended up not paying the installments every month because I was not working at all and they handed over my Account to barrett &Associates I made an arrangements that I’ll settle the account before 31 December 2020 and they promise me 30% off if I pay all the amount,I made that payment so now the issue is,that account was split into Two account the other one was covid 19 account I made a payment of R2000 into covid 19 account and the money goes into loan account of which is settled long time ago so now they don’t want to bring back my R2000 that was supposed to go into covid 19 account.I did sent the proof of payment but they are holding my money on their side while the interest is accumulating on my side because of them
