Barrett and associates is a debt collecting agency used by FNB credit card division to follow up on arrear debt orders and they must be and have the worst instructed personal working for them It takes more than 4 days after a payment is made they will update you. Why does it take a week to be notified. They are nothing but a bunch of sharks preying on people that are unable to pay their accounts, I feel that my Credit card account should be returned to FNB and Barrett and associates can get lost.
