Barret and FNB

What a useless company Barrett & Associate are, acting on behalf of **FNB**, regarding the handling of my settled account.

I have paid the full settlement as agreed beteen Barret, FNB and myself. Despite this FNB has not been updated and waiting for a response. emails to Barret are dismally answered and Barret claim to have no telephonic contact with FNB.
