BAD SERVICE FROM BARRET & ASSOCIATES

I just wanted to log a complaint. I have sent so many emails to the manager by the name of Moleboheng Sekoala to check if she received the payment did and she hasn't come back to me. Its been a week now with no response. When you call the office you are told she is working from home and they cannot give out her mobile number. What ******* is this honestly. I send emails to her and she doesn't respond. Please assist me with getting someone to sort out this issue ASAP.
