Worse owner, I should have paid attention to the other reviews

A car bought on 23/03/2020 with radio died twice while driving. The radio died 2 months later. All staff who I tried to contact has now been laid off due to a forensic audit according to the finance officer. The owner never gives any feedback after numerous emails and calls to her. The finance officer told me since it is not a mechanical fault I cannot return the vehicle and I have no claim for the broken radio as these models does not come standard with radios, yet, the car was sold with a radio, what happened to the 6 month warranty?
