**** to and brainwashed by an estate agent

Murray Goodwin of BarrandStandley phoned me for 5 months in 2019 running down my property and telling me how bad Withers was getting and that my tenants were destroying my house. I told him I believed the property was worth $280k and was in no hurry to sell, but he brainwashed me into dropping my asking price to $160k. I did not want to sell as I loved the house and believed it was far more valuable, as I had spent over $240k on it, but these agents told me that the rent would drop from the $240 per week that I was getting. He then advertised my house for offers from $140k which was way below his mandate. He brought in an offer of $140 and **** to me until I accepted it. 2 years later it was rented out for $460 a week and advertised as a gem and rare find. I lost over $140k and now struggling to get back ino the property market. He took advantage of me when I was far away attending to family matters abroad.

I question his ethics and how he is still permitted to work in the industry robbing people of their life long investment and a loss of numerous years of honest hard work.
