Worst Service Ever - VW Barons Bruma and Barloworld!

<p>I took my car for a routine service on 4 January 2017 and the dealership managed to scratch my red cabriolet in 3 different places. It took them 42 working days and 3 failed attempts to correct their mess up and all the while I was made to feel like the one who was at fault. This is the short version - 19 pages of correspondence between VW and Barloworld later and it is still not resolved satisfactorily. It is the most disgusting service ever! Classic example of a company that can talk the talk but not walk the walk. I was told at each meeting what a valued customer I am but nobody (up to an executive level) could be bothered to go the extra mile. I am absolutely speechless at the situation.</p>
