Worst service ever!!!

We bought a vehicle last year December at Soweto VW. License Disc expired, we tried to renew the disc and we were told we cannot renew the disc. We went back to Soweto VW to tell them of our difficulty to renew the license disc, and we were told that the vehicle did not go for roadworthy test. We have been given permit that has already expired, and still driving a vehicle that has an expired disc. The manager at the dealership has been handling our issue for more than x2 months now, and it has still not been resolved as yet. We now have to avoid roadblocks and stuff due to their incompetency. This is a 2nd vehicle we bought from that dealer, but doubt will ever purchase another vehicle there.
