Worst service ever

VW Woodmead has the worst service ever ! After almost 5 weeks of having my car and giving me the run around and Me having phoning them and VW South Africa every single day !They have not given me a courtesy Car and the excuse is they always don’t have ANY AVAILABLE ?♀️?and I have to pay a **** load of money ? on Uber trips out of my own pocket,and having paid them -+5000 in FULL for the repairs done to my vehicle for a part they still don’t have (which costs 130rand ) which they tell me they will get in every Friday for the weeks they have my Car???they still have not made any effort in assisting me with any transport or compensation ?????So when I want to take my car out of that Service workshop my Battery somehow stops working and has a dead cell ?♀️ and was told “someone left your door open and it got drained, so i need to buy a new one” , the response time is shocking and so is the effort put in to help a customer Seriously! I would like the service manager to give me his car and he can uber to work ??
