Worst customer/vehicle Service ever

Hello peter ...I am disgusted by the poor service i received yesterday at the VW Baron in Bluff Durban , i was humiliated, totally disrespected , **** to threatened and ****** . My safety and that of my vehicle was compromised. Never in my life had i seen what i saw with my own eyes , they drained the oil out of my car and returned some old dirty polluted used oil and told me to leave i refused to take the car , they called security on me, embarrassed me for exposing their ********* service methods and i guess that is what you get for servicing your car at VW Barons Bluff Durban.
