worst after sale service ever

i bought a used vw scirocco in 2014 with 118000K on the clock. As I stay in johannesburg i was told the car will be driven down. I received the vehicle but because it was driven down to johannesburg it was now due for its next service when it arrived. I was told i can take it to vw barons in eastgate. To my surprise when I get there im told they know nothing about that arrangement and i also notice that the car did not come with its service history book. i have made numerous attempts to get this sorted for almost a year now to no avail. the car is having mechanical faults that are covered by my warranty and maintenance plan but i can't claim because there is no service book n service history of the car
