Please be careful when dealing with service center agents not contact make to the customer on progress of the car you have to call them than when you go in to find out it feels like they judge you by what you wear and where you work than they decide how to treat you as a customer totally disgusting service makes me start to hate the vw brand if you have people like that representing your company and services provided
