Vw pmb terrible service

Terrible new car sales service from the pmb branch! Was looking to trade my wife's Q3 for a polo gti. The salesman (who sits on the first office to the left) after about 10 minutes of me waiting approaches me abruptly and when I ask for info and a test drive he tells me they don't do test drives at the dealership and people who come here just buy the vehicles. So what's the point of having sales people or a dealership? I have owned polos and gti's in the past and never had disrespectful service like this. Don't waste your time, rather drive to a vw in Durban.
