VW "NO" Roadside Assistance

<p>Called VW Roadside Assistance at 11.37am today. I have been left stranded since then. It is now 14.07. So much so for 1 hour Roadside Assistance. The town truck has been dispatched an hour ago I am in central durban and not in the bush somewhere for the tow truck to take so long to get to me. They lie when they sell you 1hour road side assistance. I can imagine if this happened in the evening. Also no indication of how I would get home this is after me calling them at least 7 times. DON'T BUY VW. I'm so sorry I left Toyota. </p>
