VW does discourteous surveys

Twice now after dealings with Barons (N1 City and Tokai) I have been called by an extremely discourteous woman who claimed to be carrying out an opinion survey. It turns out that these call originate from a company called Kantar. I have expressed my unhappiness to VW, Barons and Kantar about this and I have been completely ignored. I am really upset and unhappy about these call from Kantar.
