VW BRUMA Unprofessional

I am truly disappointed is VW Bruma JHB. I have been messed around twice when trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I was invoiced on a car (X2) with all the details and later told sorry they invoiced the wrong car yet I drove the car. I have already app**** for financing on that vehicle and now I will need to apply again which impacts my credit rating. This has happened twice in a two week period. The Manager calls me trying to act all sorry. I dont see why I need to pay for their unprofessional manners.
