VW Barron's - N1 City Bad Customer Service experience!!!!

Hi,

I bought a VW TSi at volkswagen Barron's in N1 City 26 Feb 2021, after taking my family for a drive to preekstoel, the car did not want to start. I had to pay a tow truck to collect the car. The car eventually started the following day. I then had a thought of keeping it and taking it for a test drive again. Whilst driving the Car switched off again!. What a bad experience for someone buying his first car. The car was then collected and the deal was canceled. The 1st of April my debit order went off for the VW TSi!. A call the customer care number and they told me that the dealer underpaid the settlement amount and that they can only reverse a R1000:(. I lodge a complaint with the dealer and up to this hour I received no feedback.

This is really a bad experience for someone who purchased their first car. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car at this dealer.
