VW Barons Woodmead Worst Car Dealership

Brought a Mini Cooper 2010 Model at VW Barons Woodmead the car came with a lot of faults on it as I have to escalate everyday first it was the engine which needed to be overhauled after 2 weeks of Driving the car,The cars aircon was not working and nw I have a problem with the clutch kit in the car the Clutch is very very hard especially bumper to bumper drives on the N3 highway and N17 highway it's a living Nightmare to drive the Vehicle as they stated that the car is 100percent fine and they made the clutch soft which is not true the Mini Cooper clutch is very hard even an amateur with a learners licence will never be able to drive this car and change the gears freely because of the clutch apart from that I'm not sending away this vehicle or cancelling the contract as I just need VW Barons Woodmead to fix the Clutch and install and new pressure plate as I have already asked a second opinion and was also advised that a clutch plate needs the be replace and if I replace the clutch kit vw barons needs to reimburse my money for paying for the New pressure plate which is a clutch kit can anyone who is a Head in used Cars make my purchase at VW Barons Woodmead a pleasant one as I'm tired of back to back conversations with a dealership I once trusted and going far to Woodmead to buy the vehicle I would advise that in future if you want to buy a Vehicle at VW Barons Woodmead go with your mechanic that was the biggest mistake I did please help and replace the pressure plate which is the Clutch Plate
