VW Barons Woodmead Pathetic Service

I will not be going back to VW Barons Woodmead ever again. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

Firstly they overcharged me for my car service. Upon querying this, the consultant said that they can not refund me on the same day as it has to go through finance. 4 days later, I get an email saying that I can collect my refund at the branch as doing an EFT would further delay the issue. I had not even been reimbursed for the petrol I used to drive all the way back here for the refund.

Secondly during the service, they had scratched my left back door. I had complained and they sorted out the scratch but I had to waste even more time as they attended to this.
