Volkswagen Waterfront Barons poor customers service

Gone in for my first service after buying a new car from Volkswagen, my wife picked up the car going home realizing people were telling her the wheel was flat. The car has a steel rod in the wheel picked up on the service floor, and it cost me R6000 to repair. Made contact more than 6 times with Volkswagen Waterfront and a week has past nobody yet coming back to me. That's the service you get ,none !!!!!
