Very disappointing service

Took a 2014 VW Amarok to Barons VW to have the following issues rectified under warranty. <br> <br> 1) Rattle in suspension<br> 2) Faulty drivers window<br> 3) Faulty radio<br> <br> The service department failed to rectify any of the problems. I returned the vehicle to VW for the second time and once again none of the problems were rectified. <br> <br> I visited the service manger in person to voice my frustrations and to ask if I can get the radio fixed privately and bill VW as they have no idea what to do. They plug the radio into a computer and see no faults. I told them countless times that the problem was that the aerial is not plugged in correctly. After 3 weeks of not hearing any feedback from the service manager I had the radio fixed at my own cost. This is frustrating as this R400k plus 1 year old car comes with a warranty which should cover these issues.
