Untrusted and ******

I am very disappointed in you people. I am no longer going to service my car with you again. My car is faulty and still under warranty, all of a sudden the Service Book in Market Square Queenstown cannot be found and you guys cannot find the service history, how come is it that so? why do you guys always have problems when you suppose to pay and service customers? I am very disappointed and disgusted. I trusted you people with everything.
