Unsatisfactory customer service
To whom it may concern

On the 7th of October 2015 my Polo GP 1.2 Tsi Highline DSG was taken in at Barons VW PMB,
i was told by the service adviser (Sashika Ganess) that based on the damage it could take three weeks to fix my car (alternator belt snapped on my way to Durban) my car was only booked in for service on the 19th after receiving a sms confirming this ***.

On the 22nd of October 2015 i was sent a loan vehicle form to be filled out and sent back to the dealership because the parts were on back order, and was told that i would get a loan vehicle before COB.

I had to constantly follow up on the status of the loan vehicle, i was then contacted on the 26th October 2015 and told that there is no need for a loan vehicle as they sourced the parts locally and my vehicle is in the workshop.

On the 27th of October after following up once again on the status of my vehicle and the loan vehicle, i get a response saying my car has gone into the workshop on the 27th of October and apologies for the inconvenience and once my car is fixed i will be informed.

Until this point i have been happy with the service provided by VW SA but this is just pure negligence and poor service.
