Unsatisfactory customer service

I called Barons Tokai to try and book my car in as there is a problem.

The operator/ receptionist, Noluthando, is the worst!!! She transferred me 7 times and keeps asking the same question and even after asking her to listen to what I have to say she still tried to transfer me to Lyle and the other lady for booking your car in and again and again they did not answer.

I then told the operator/receptionist that I want to speak to a manager and even worst they hang up on me.

What kind of service is this?!?!?!?!? Well lack thereof!!!!
