Unprofessional and unacceptable client service Barons Woodmead

<p>Barons Woodmead once again tarnished the brand name yesterday when I was left stranded at work after waiting on the pavement at work from 16:30 (when the driver said he was on his way). After 17:00, I had already made 20 unanswered calls to the telephone numbers provided to me by the service operator as well as to the branch contact numbers. I eventually at 17:30 had to call a friend to get transportation to the branch to collect my serviced vehicle. Upon arriving at the branch Winston Gericke my service operator couldn't care less about what I had just gone through being left stranded for more than an hour and after the branch closing time?? Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!</p>
