The Service at Barons Bruma is horrible

I have never in my life ever have such a pathetic experience in any service center. The staff there is unfriendly and rude. I complained to the manager Siven and he was so horrible towards me. Its like he was doing me a favour and kept urging me to pay for this and that. From the manager to the receptionist all of them are just down right rude. Then they still ask me to rate them 5/5 ??? I'm considering changing my car and buying from another brand. Rgds Bernice
