The horror that is the staff at Barons Bellville

So besides for speaking to a very nice young gentleman in the parts department. I needed my grill fitted.

He transferred to the relevant department but no one answered the phone. Then when i finally got through the woman took down my details and said they will call me back the same day. Hours later they still didnt call me back. When i called back the woman who answered gave me so much attitude and said everyone is on lunch. This is the second horrible experience i received from that place. When i bought my car there they made me feel like a damn ***** and took almost two weeks to deliver my car.
