Stop hiding behind a warranty.

In 2013 I bought a new Golf 7 Gti. The car was sold to me with a broken sunroof. Since then I have had the following issues:<br> _ noisy shocks<br> - problems with the blue motion <br> - the right side of the back fin has come loose 3 times<br> - both xenon light blew<br> - release bearing needed to be replaced. <br> <br> While the car was with Barons N1 city to fix, they said they found score marks on the gearbox. 8 days later I got the car back. The gears were in shocking condition. I struggled to get the car into gear. The release valve problem is still there. They messed some sort of acid on the front grill and I can't get the marks out. And there's a funny noise coming from the engine when I switch off.<br> <br> I took the car to the car to the A A and got a full report on the faults. Apart from the above they picked up 2 diagnostic issues on the engine and all 4 shocks need to be checked/replaced.<br> <br> I refused to take the car back to N1 city so after much arguing with Barlowold they took the car in at Culemborg to fix. My car has been in since Tuesday and they told me other than the gear selection on the A A report there is nothing wrong with the car. So now I sit with the problem. Who must fix this??
