Shuttle saga

<p>My name is Ivy, I experienced a very terrible experience with Barons volkswagen shuttle service. I came at 7am to drop off my car in for service and i had to wait an hour to be droped off by my work place wich is just 1KM away but funny enough, other customers who came later after me they were shuttled before me. I expressed my concerns, sadly no one helped. They asked me to wait again for the shuttle to come back. I had to call someone at my work to come pick me up, as i missed my 8h30 meeting already. This was totally unacceptable!</p>
