Shocking customer service....

<p>i recently purchased a brand new vw polo tsi... the brakes were making a noise and the car was making a noise as well. When I got there I was treated so badly by the manager Gavie and was shuned away very quickly. I was awaiting a call to tell me what was happening, only to have to phone them for a detailed review on my car... I went to fetch the car and was told what they did and that the noise I suffer with is a characteristic of the car.... they washed my car and I went on my way.... after a very painful experience I opened the boot and found that who ever had cleaned my car broke a piece of the boot.....</p> <p>really.... very quick to sell cars but after sales service is absolutely terrible!!!</p> <p>i expect to be compensated for the damage To my car and at their inconvenience not mine....</p>
