<p>Being a Service manager myself, its extremely difficult to measure the output of my agents as different clients percieve different standards as effective,satisfactory or " out of this world"'.However,In a sales team the amount of cars sold directly translates in measurable standards, rating an agent GOOD,AVERAGE AND GREAT!I would assume this happens elsewhere...</p> <p> </p> <p>So when its time to celebrate or complain regarding service,I will be the first one to have a say!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I just want to say thanks to Dale Simpson at Barons Bellville.We have come along for a while and I can accurately say that you have constantly exceeded my expectation and provided me with feedback all along the way.There has been times where I could have been pushy and impossible, but thanks for your transparency and understanding towards each visit at your Branch.I hope your organisation values your input, this is one client that will stick to VW brand .</p> <p>Das Auto.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
