Service? VW? Never again!

Took my Polo in for 3rd service at VW Barons, asked the guy checking in my car what the cost will be for the service he said R1100,I told him one of my brake lights needs to be changed as it not working.Then he said ok the price will change then & will not be more than R1500 & that the car will be finished at 16:00 as they are closing at 16:00 on Fridays. Got there at 16:00 to pick up my car, not finished, go back to work & my husband waited for the car till after 17:00.The bill R2100! Their excuse, they had to change the brake fluid & it must be done after every 2years?Why isn't it part of the service plan?Why only tell me after the service & since when must brake fluid be changed?My husband opened the bonnet & there was oil spills everywhere!Everything was dirty, car inside looked like they had a ride on the dirt road, dust everywhere. R500 labour for the brake fluid, R200 labour to change a bulb?My husband was furious.The customer services phoned to ask how the service was & my husband said he is very disappointed & they said that someone from VW will phone him back,it has been 2weeks!Still waitiing for the phone call, WORST SERVICE ever! We will never buy a VW again! NEVER!!!!!
