Service Reminder Fail

<p>So Barons phoned me like a month in advance to book a service for my wifes car which I did. They never sent me a reminder as they said they would a day before the service was due. And now no one answers my call and I need to get the service done to retain my warranty. This is very unprofessional from them to run away from prolems like this . Also their online site to book service also does not work properly.</p>
