Selling car rights to another company without the owner permission

I’m so disappointed with barons, I took in my car for repairs and for 3 months I was struggling to make payment, even though I was communicating with them about my situation, how covid had an impact on my part time business and not having job, I was clear with them end of November I’ll have the money and make payment. On the 11th I went to pay for my car, to my surprise they handed over my car to a company called “Abandoned vehicle and truck solutions”. There was no phone call or email informing me that because you were struggling to pay we have decided to hand over your vehicle to company X. Scary part was that they didn’t even know much about this company. Now this company is using ******ion and demanding 51k from me, when they only payed the 24k that I owed Barons and they only had my car for 11 days. I don’t understand why take my car to an abandoned company when I’m communicating with them via email and phone calls, without informing me or making me sign an agreement or at least call. I’m really upset
