saga of disappointment

In November 2014 I bought a brand new VW Polo from Barons in Eden Swales. I had a problem with the clutch as the car wouldn't't start properly and when I brought it in I was told it was bitten by rat and the wiring was damage. It cost me R12 000 to fix which was not covered by the insurance and not under warranty. This experience was dreadful as i wasn't after kept informed and I had to keep following up. that was fixed I still had problems with the starting the car. I was advised that there was a technician problem with the clutch and it was fixed(under warranty). Today in March 2015 I'm back at Barons as my car has a strange sound when I drive it and the sound gets prominent as I drive it at a higher speed (100km). 2 weeks ago my fiance brought the car to be checked out and a technician went on the road with him and confirm the sound was there. My car was booked to be checked and when I got here this morning I was advised that I still need to go on the road with a technical again. This was my first time buying a VW car and at this rate its probably the last time. I've had such a bad experience with this car I wish I had bought another brand.
