Roadside assistance

<p>I am disappointed by the service I am receiving from one of your dealerships. My car is still under warranty, it was towed on the 24th of February to the VW Barons in 9 Armitage Road Pietermaritzburg. I haven't received any feedback on my car or a courtesy car. the first time I called on the 28th because I had been waiting for my service provider to give me an update in vain I was asigned to an individual who couldnt not give me an update on my car. When I try to call I am on hold until the voice machine gets exhausted and cuts me off. I ahve been off the road for more than 10 days now and its getting to a point where I am doubting my service provider's capabilities. </p>
