Refuse to refund

I tried taking this issue up with head office Barons VW, but there is no number liste on their website.<br> <br> I transferred money to VW in postmasburg, because I needed a part to be ordered. They then asked that I bring the car n for inspection, just to make sure that the part was indeed faulty. Upon inspection, they realised the part was still intact, they then adviced that I leave my banking details so that they can transfer my money back into my account. This was friday the 11th. Monday I get an email from the sales consultant to say that they need a statemen from my account before the money can be transferred. I took a transaction statement, showing my banking etails, and emailed it to them. Tuesday I get another email stating that I need proof from the bank, stating that this is indeed my account. I called the manager and told him that I cannot go to the bank(Iwork far from town), and the proof I sent shows that that is my account. I need my money to be paid back, I didn't give them issues when the cash was transferred, why is he refund becoming such a long story....#PLEASEBRINGBACKMYMONEY!!!!
