Really bad service at Mastercars; unhelpful

<p>I had the unfortunate experience of trying my hardest to purchase a vehicel at the Mastercars Barons Tokai VW. I made endless efforts;had my finances done etc; i then had the car i wanted sold; they said they would then get back to me when they have located another vehicle and lets just say i am still waiting for that call. Really pathethic service. Over the space of 3 months, this branch coudnt help me!</p> <p>I would really not waste my time with this brance. The Claremont branch are much much much better and professional.</p>
