They increased my premiums stating that they doing a forced debit order as I didn't forward them the insurance proof....sent an email requesting them to send me a detailed information that states what the insurance covers and etc since they debiting my premiums without fail every month....GUESS WHAT?THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT THEM WHO SENT THAT COMMUNICATION NOR DEBITING MY ACCOUNT....I SENT THEM A PROOF UNTIL DATE NO RESPONSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK DAMN VW....
